If the Second Bite handbook isn't useful to you, email aman@secondbite.in within 7 days of your purchase and you'll get a full refund. No explanation needed, no back-and-forth.
What this covers
This policy applies to the Second Bite retention handbook (₹149, digital PDF), purchased through secondbite.in.
How to request a refund
- Email aman@secondbite.in from the same email address used at checkout, within 7 days of payment.
- Include your Razorpay payment ID or order confirmation if you have it, this speeds things up but isn't required.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the request, which is Razorpay's standard processing window, not something we control on our end.
Why this policy exists
This is a low-priced digital product and we'd rather refund someone who didn't find it useful than have them feel stuck with a ₹149 purchase. There's no catch here, and we don't ask why.
After 7 days
Requests made after the 7-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis, write in and we'll take a look, but there's no guarantee past that point.
