Second Bite is a solo-operated business. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your purchase and follow up about it, we don't sell your data, and we don't run it through third parties beyond the ones listed below.

What we collect

When you buy the handbook, Razorpay (our payment processor) collects your name, email, phone number, and payment details directly, we don't handle your card or UPI details ourselves at any point.

We receive your name, email, and phone number from Razorpay after a successful payment, so we can send you the download and follow up about it.

Standard website analytics (page views, general location, device type, and which link brought you to the site) are collected via Google Analytics, described below.

How we use it

To deliver the handbook and confirm your purchase.
To personally follow up by email or WhatsApp about Second Bite's retention services, since that's part of how this business works, you can opt out of this at any time by replying to say so.
To understand which pages and referral sources lead to purchases, via Google Analytics, which reports aggregate behaviour, not your personal identity.

How long we keep it
